There are moments of our lives where we feel as though we are in the spotlight… recognition comes, friends, we seem to have all the support we could ever want or need. Then there’s those moments where we’ve fallen. Those moments of struggle where we really need somebody and there’s no one to be found. Sometimes in these moments of struggle we see the true reality which the universe has brought forth.

Through struggle we are able to see on a genuine level who adds true value to your life. Some people are manipulative sociopaths who will try to fool you by any means necessary; not everyone looks to add value to your life, most people are out for themselves looking to get ahead by any means necessary. The truth is most people are superficial and have their own agenda.

Life is short, we’re supposed to be happy but some people need to get off the hamster wheel and realize what’s actually taking place in the grand scheme of things.

On a deep level psychological level people of society’s lives have been predestined. So many people are living according to the invisible script that has been written for them. It’s sad because those who choose to take the “unscripted” path tend to be the one’s who are shunned for their differences.

Those who choose to live the “unscripted” life have a hard road sometimes no one will have faith in one’s vision but the individual has to keep pushing and believing one day will be his day. This is why I classify it as the wolf mentality, life’s tough but we’ve got to be tougher.

Why is the W.O.L.F classified as the black sheep of society?

Not only does the wolf have to establish values important to him and his pack but the wolf also has to be strong, fearless and never back down in the face of challenge.

The wolf mentality builds a strong positive presence leaving others in awe and wonder; a fierce mentality can be intimidating to those who live according to life’s predestined script.wolf 4

You know you’re doing it right if people begin hating you for no reason what-so-ever. People will begin questioning your story, your path, and your morals that got you to where you are now; that’s life. There’s always going to be naysayers and people who doubt but it’s up to you to determine your course and sometimes that means moving against the current.

Those who refuse to take action will make excuses and build reasoning for those who managed to accomplish what it was they set their mind to. Let people rationalize their failures all they want, don’t let it affect your being.

People always have their own two-cents when it comes to someone else’s progress, most people will minimize the transformational efforts from a place of envy and hate. Misery loves company and these people will say anything to keep you where you are at this very moment. They don’t want you to improve it’s of no benefit to them. Your improvement only makes them feel less competent and resentful of their own life.

Even when you have nothing your attitude is that one thing still under your control. Don’t be vengeful or jealous of others; choose to focus your energy on building something for yourself. Don’t live in envy and resentment choose to focus your attention on the now and commit to something worth completing.

  • Choose to build; build your knowledge, build your wealth, build your reputation, build your mastermind group, build your network.
  • Choose to create; create positive change, create strong values, create a legacy, create hope and a course of direction for your life.

At the end of the day we have to be accountable for ourselves. It’s up to us the legacy we decide to leave behind as individuals and as a collective. Be the role model and lead by example. Let people make their own decisions just offer value and direction, give it time but gradually those who support you will share your word and follow.

Getting/Staying Motivated

Getting inspired is different for everyone, what inspires me might not even interest you. For me, inspiration comes from engaging in new music, new read materials or personal achievements. Taking part in my personal development journey my physical and mental growth is its own reward.

Being motivated and staying determined is never easy but can be managed well if you know what you’re doing. It’s hard to know what steps to take if you don’t know where you’re going which is why having a clear vision is so important.

What is it you’re trying to accomplish? When you think about the challenge how does it make you feel?

Thinking about the challenge should give you a rush of adrenaline. Don’t let your negative thoughts beat you up. Embrace your challenges with a sense of excitement, each opportunity is a chance to learn and try something new.

Challenges are a blessing in disguise but It’s all on how you choose look at it. You can choose to dwell at the thought of challenge or you can choose to find your fire inside and release your inner warrior.

How you view challenge will determine your levels of stress. Stress is the enemy, don’t live with the enemy.

Focus on aspects under your control. Have a plan, be proactive, and always be ready to take the next step. Remember life will knock you down multiple times before you’re even able to sniff what it is you’re working towards. The key is perseverance, always getting back up. Don’t let failure define you instead let it guide you on how to approach the next step.

Believe in yourself and stay poised you will overcome your current situation in time. Have faith in yourself, if it was easy everyone would do it. If you find strong self-purpose and value in something don’t let anyone influence your perspective.

Always keep the end in mind and remember your core principles. It’s easy to get lost and forget our purpose behind our actions when we don’t receive immediate rewards. Remember to maintain a long-term perspective think today’s sacrifices can be tomorrow’s blessings if you act accordingly.

Life’s not fair, we can’t always set out to do everything we wish to but what’s important is we try to do everything we possibly can. Don’t live with regrets and unwanted tension. Stay determined and choose to participate in altering the course of your life for the better. Choose to be hopeful and live with purpose each and every day.

Choose to practice daily, practice whatever it is you wish to better yourself in. Let your progression move you. Reflect on how far you’ve come and toast to how far you’ll go. Be humble and appreciate every step along the way.

Challenge yourself; challenge yourself to learn all you can, to beat your own personal records, to be fully independent, challenge yourself to be a balanced whole person. Most of all challenge yourself to rise to the occasion and never give up.

Life’s not easy; don’t resort to feeling content with your unhappiness. If you’re not happy with your current situation do something about it.

Being Healthy

Is exercising really worth being healthy? How much exercising is necessary to “be healthy”? What other opportunities come with being healthy? How do I start? these are the questions I’ll be answering in this article. A lot of people associate being healthy with being rich or having money. Having money or being rich isn’t really relevant to being healthy. Being healthy is under our own control whether rich or poor. Of course the rich will have access to possible resources the rest of us don’t but ultimately we all need to suffer the same to get to where we want to be.

Essentially being healthy is triumphant when considering quality of life. Having strong health we are better able to take on physical adventures and endure mental turmoil. With better health we are able to embrace and fully enjoy life as it is meant to be.

Neglecting to take care of one self is psychologically destructive. Stress makes its ways into our lives when we begin to live outside of our means. When we start obsessing over material things we forget to manage our basic necessities. We forget about what’s actually important in the long-run and instead begin to live through our senses. With willpower at an all time low our struggles become too much to endure until we find a new means of relieving the stress. Essentially when we neglect to care for ourselves we run the trouble of living the same dopamine loop cycle. So focused on our fixes we spiral so out of control that we are no longer able to manage ourselves. To a point where we no longer love ourselves or anyone else around us. To the point where we begin to blame others and society for our issues. To the point life seems meaningless and you feel hopeless suffocating yourself in your worries.

This is why taking care of you is so important. It’s not about being the best looking person on the planet or having a hulk-like physique. It’s about appreciating who you are and taking control of your life. It’s about knowing you can overcome whatever obstacle whether physical or mental.

Being healthy is about thinking clearly and moving away from negative thoughts. Take control; don’t let negative thoughts influence self-destructive behavior. Learn to move past regret and to live with faith rather than doubt. Take action everyday and see what’s possible. See what you’re capable of. You may (and probably will) accomplish feats you never thought possible.

A healthy lifestyle will impact you emotionally, psychologically and physically. It’s a life-changing transformation and there’s no better time to begin than right now. Remember you don’t have to commit to the gym 2 hours a day, commit to 30 minutes and include exercise in daily life. Incorporate healthy living in your lifestyle choose to walk, bike or roller-blade to work rather than driving. Choose adventurous activities for you and your spouse or family, go kayaking, hiking, or mountain climbing. Spend a night out in the woods. Start living with a sense of adventure and with the best of hope.

It’s never to late to reinvent yourself. Today could be the day it all changed. Remember when you get knocked down it’s never to late to get back up.
