Why is the general population so unhappy? Why do we instantly become envious of other people? Do we live through greed and hate? Have we lost the ability to love and show compassion?
Living according to the celebrity ideals is destructive to one’s well-being. The truth is most people are not in tuned with these patterns of conditioning.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious it will direct your life and you will call it fate” – Carl Jung
Its time to find new role models with strong morals. The celebrity attribute most commonly displayed in music videos, movies and TV shows is partying. Self-indulgence at it’s finest.
We have to become aware of the influences we surround ourselves with. Thoughts become things and the ideas we collect will change the way we perceive the world. Collect ideas of lightness, become aware of the dark and be conscious of the threats it imposes.
Choose to live in the light rather than the darkness. Be particular with the media you choose for entertainment. Be aware that shows/movies and music which display passive-aggressiveness (dark humor and sarcastic remarks), violence and images of sex will most definitely take a toll on your overall psych.

Whenever you’re away from home you can list piles of things you wish you would’ve done while you were at home or when you get there (whether it be housework, exercising or personal projects – like writing blogs).
We have these hopes of accomplishing these things yet the truth is a lot of us experience a total loss of self control in the moments we spend isolated in our comfortable homes.
Addictions to drugs, alcohol, food, and technology have us spiraling out of control. We become unconscious as we routinely follow the same patterns – these bad habits can wreck havoc on an individual’s self esteem and their financial future.
“You’re not using your heart for what hearts are for” – Brother Ali
Life’s hard but let’s remember what our values and goals are. Remember goals are important but so is enjoying every moment as it happens. Choose not to stress when critical moments demand your attention. Cherish each day and do you’re best with what you’ve been given. Do you’re best with today it’s all you’ve got – if you get tomorrow make the best of that too.
Remember balance in everything you do. Work towards moderating your bad habits eliminating your unneeded time wasters. We can become our own worst enemy if we beat ourselves up so remember life’s meant to be enjoyed. Do you’re best and enjoy It. Take action everyday to improve your well-being but always remember life’s a roller-coaster ride so don’t lose your sense of adventure. It has its ups and downs but hang on, embrace every moment and have fun.
